Hehe, I made my dad watch it too but he didn't like it, he thought there were too many shooting scenes (although I explained it was a parody of cop films). I love it to bits, though, I even made myself a DVD complete with a cover XD
I agree, Tom Hanks is very good, especially in Forrest Gump and The Green Mile <3 And Anthony Hopkins belongs on any "best actor" list.
