<3 Well, apparently the manga was released here in 2000! But now I can't find the earlier editions at all. BUT. They are rereleasing them now. :) So the first one came out in Sept. <3 And what's really great is that the mangaka is the same as a yaoi I recently read and loved, Little Butterfly~ So yay! Definitely have to buy it. x] *hugs*

I don't remember where I downloaded it from, but this place sounds alright <3 I dunno, the manga might have been licensed as "The Tyrant Falls In Love", according to Wikipedia, so maybe you can find it like that - I really recommend it, it's funny and hot!
