I thought it was sad because in one series( i forget if its the original or BH) ed proposes to winry in an odd way and in the movie he is stuck on the other side of the gate with his brother. it means he can never see winry again because they had to close the gate. I thought after i watched it and this was what i came up with while i was crying.( i balled my eyes out, im a softy)
