Actually, the only screenshots I've seen are the cartoonish ones and they kinda remind me of the Powerpuff Girls style, which is cute.
And hey, who doesn't like some good ol' toilet humor from time to time? I watched 5 seasons of Family Guy with a friend, I'm confident I'll be able to pull through this :D

Ah, when I went there for a school trip it was more 'kogal' Though I think lolita stuff tends to be centered in Akibahara, I saw more lolitas there then anywhere else.
In hopes of not sounding retarded but what does HK stand for, Hong Kong? XD; To me Shubiya is the capital of amazing clothing <3 I'm sure there are amazing lolis everywhere, and I'm not interesting in Stocking's angel form anyways, too 'mahou shoujo' for me XD

I saw a lot of these cosplays * u* They're amazing!~ But yes, the costumes would be expensive, unless you made them yourself. Maybe if you just got Stocking's normal outfit, you'd be okay! > u<b
I would recommend it, but if you ever saw screencaps the anime is cartoonish style and it has a lot of ecchi, cursing and toilet humor. I loved it, but those are my tastes ^^;

Haha, cheap loli? kinda hard to come by, maybe I'll just buy the whole thing one day. I don't have any means (card) of paying online and around here there are no loli stores D':
Oh yeah, Stocking is my favorite, although I drool after awesome guys like Panty and my language resembles Panty's, Stocking is still my fav, her pink/purple hair and double identity is pure WIN!

I never thought of cosplaying before. I know it would be expensive and for me it's useless. Try to make yourself the outfit, uh I don't have better advice.
