Awesome! Recipes! I haven't done much baking for fun recently, I bake every day at work, so I don't always have the enthusiasm when I get home XD
Victoria Sponge is even nicer if you use whipped cream, the only downside is that it all has to be eaten quickly as it won't keep as long as butter-cream. Perhaps that isn't too much of a downside, haha.
