Nah, the flat box on the bottom of the shoe just makes it easier to balance up on your toes.. it Definitely doesn't make it hurt less!!! Instead we have all sorts of padding and crap to protect our toes.... Ouch pouches, gel pads, toes spacers, toe tape, toes caps... The list goes on! I look down right goofy when I do hip-hop!!!

Pointe shoes look painful! My friend's sister used to dance in those... But the flat part at the bottom stops it from hurting, right? I've never actually tried them. :3 Haha yeah, I'm so awkward when it comes to hip-hop dancing! xDD

Yeah, I do tap, jazz, competition, ballet and pointe! (Pointe is ballet, but in pointe shoes. :D) My teacher says I would be able to do hip-hop, but it appears in have a mental block on it! D: Hahahahahahaha!

(Phantom is Wicked, am i wrong?) 2 members of my group started drawing dinosaurs on fire during it, and then the person who decided to sing with me dropped out and we both started slapping each other. XD It ended pretty well, I had to finish singing it and then my teacher made the class give our group a standing ovation..... Do you know if anyone has posted in T..M.E. lately???? OMG Phantom of the Opera! Sweet! You are so lucky you get to sing a song in front of your class about linking verbs. :DD I love singing (and Phantom of the Opera), so that sounds like tons of fun! Too bad you don't get to be Christine, but good luck! ^^
