Cool, I bake at home too, but I just modify recipes to my tastes. I do plan to make a cookie recipe of my invention one day. So anyways, what kind of scones do they sell at your workplace? :)

Yep, when I bake at home I use my own recipes. But they like to keep the scones consistent at work, so I have to follow my bosses instructions. Ah well.

Yeah, lol. You know, of you don't like their recipe you could invent your own or find one online. :)

I could buy one I suppose, but that seems silly when I could just make an entire batch of them for myself at home XD Actually, oddly enough I'm not really a fan of the recipe we use at work.

I think my favourite part would be the baking, I make cakes and scones a couple of times each week. It is just a shame I can't eat them XD

I work in a cafe. So part waitress, dishwasher, cook, and baker!

I have to warn you though, the book is over 200 pages. However it is totally worth it if you read every single one of them. I've been doing that for a couple weeks now and I still haven't finished the book XD
