I wonder what the over/under would be on sarcastic "This movie is 1,000 chips delicious!" quips from bitter film critics if Chips Ahoy!: The Movie were made?
Also, there is no way a movie entitled Chips Ahoy! would NOT be a musical. I'd see a musical about cookies.
