It's funny that you mention that my writing style is clean - the only formal writing training I've had has been as a technical writer, clear and concise. Verbose creative writing is something I tend to have problems with. ^^;; As for canon, that's something I worry about quite a bit, so it's happy to hear that I'm getting it right.
