Why would you be unhappier ha ha thats just silly! I think it depends on your outlook on life in general having kids or not you will still be happy or unhappy right! You don't seem unhappy in the least bit ^^
You're fine. I don't mind you asking at all. My daughter is 9 and my son is 4. They're a handful, but they're fun (though I will admit that some days bedtime is a wonderful time *haha*) I waited until I was in my twenties to have them, and my husband was over thirty, so we'd done the things we'd wanted to do before. Now's family time
I think it is silly to make choices like not having a family based off some silly online article. But then maybe I'm just feeling broody XD I know that right now isn't the best time for me, but I keep thinking about having kids!

I agree. I think most parents love having their children and are happier. I think that thing that also got me was I had a family member say that she now reconsidering having them because of that, which I thought was really dumb just to let an article influence her, and that she had a coworker that said she understood and was unhappier since she had children. You're right that it can be very stressful raising them, and you're also right about it being rewarding. I just don't know what's wrong with these people who say that kids make then unhappy now, and I probably never will *shakes head*
Yeah, I know a few people that probably shouldn't have had kids. But the majority, including myself, love our children and find a lot of happiness in them. I really feel like the people in this study weren't ready and were being selfish.
Just because that study found some results doesn't mean it applies to everyone. I know raising a family can be stressful, and sure it isn't for everyone, but I see it as something really rewarding ^^ I'd love to have kids someday myself.

Yeah the world is going absolutely bloody bonkers. The people in the neighborhood I live in are f'ing crazy. I mean they're not "mental" but close. I personally would like to get married and have a kid or two someday. I'd like to raise a family.
Whoever wrote that article sounds like a dumbass I must say. I'm glad your children make you happy. My dad is one of those that shouldn't be parents. He was never there for me growing up.
