The boat trip yesterday was absolutely horrendous. It was rainy and nasty and stormy and bad, just bad. And I also got soaked in rainwater. And now I'm sick.
I'M SICK. ON THE FIRST DAY OF MY VACATION. WHY.
But yeah, so we did nothing last night (I actually fell asleep on the way to Mars's house...) and we did nothing today, because I'm sick as a Growlithe...I told Archie and Mars to go out anyway, but neither of them listened to me...I hope this goes away quickly. If I'm not feeling better by tomorrow, I'm going out anyway. There's a Game Corner calling my name.
Archie and Mars are both glaring at me because I'm not sleeping...I should probably get off the computer...

So Archie and I had our picnic today. It went alright, I guess...except for the part when I almost killed myself with my soup -_- I need to start paying attention when I'm eating so I don't choke...
We went out and Archie bought Mars's gift, too, and I held Archie's hand the whole time even though I didn't mean to and it was kinda really weird... So everything's set for tomorrow! I can't believe it's already here...
Oh, and apparently Archie's concerned because his grunts are acting suspicious about a box or something...He's probably just crazy, but I might ask Tabitha to ask Shelly about it, because Archie seemed actually kinda legitimately concerned...
Well, I guess I should get a good night's sleep so that I'll be ready to go early tomorrow morning! ... (looks at clock) ...oh crap...

I have to say, I'm quite proud of myself. I found the perfect gift for Mars today while wandering around the Lilycove Department Store. It's a Mesprit plush, life-size, and it's one of the cutest things I've ever seen. Mars talks about Mesprit all the time--I'd say she's almost obsessed with the thing. Not that I have any idea what it's like to be obsessed with a legendary Pokemon... I'm sure she'll love it! I also bought a large pack of Lava Cookies from Lavaridge Town to go with it. Oh, and I can't forget, but May 6th is Mars's birthday! I have my present for that too...I'm actually quite looking forward to my trip!
Oh, excuse me, our trip... I keep forgetting Archie's coming along...
I've already started packing. To be honest, I'm still not sure how long I'll be staying, so I packed a fairly large amount of clothes and other necessities. Though all of Mars's clothes fit me, if I ever have problems... I'll be completely prepared when our boat leaves from Slateport Wednesday morning!

Mars sent me a Groudon plushie in the mail, and it arrived today. I don't know where she found it, but it's absolutely adorable. I already called her to tell her thank you, but I'm sending her a thank you card myself, plus I'll probably pick out something for her to bring on Wednesday...
Speaking of that, I should remind Archie to bring a thank-you gift of his own...He's a bit too dimwitted to think of it by himself...
But anyway, the Groudon plushie is now sitting on my desk right next to the Skitty one. Yes, Mars, I do indeed feel "rather pimpin'".
Sometimes I can't believe half the words that come out of my cousin's mouth...
