You don't have to post a whole series. :) If you just read one of the books, that's fine, too! That's what I did before with The Northern Girl. It was book 3 in a series, but I only reviewed it. So yeah, you can post whatever and whenever~ I just finished up another book, and it's the first in a series. I might end up posting about it before I forget, even though I'll read the rest of the trilogy, too.
Hey you are pretty good in this.^^ You explained the summary quite well without spoiling too much and also made out what you quite like about it.
And they do seem interesting and while I like fantasy in general, sometimes taking an alternative fantasy work is the way to go. :3

It's nice to see another review:) I was actually planning on posting one myself, but I'm not really sure because I haven't read the entire series yet...^^; (And that's probably not gonna happen anytime soon, either^^;) Will that be a problem?
They sound pretty good! I shall have to see if I can get them in my library, I'm trying not to spend more money at the moment, what with paying for driving lessons... Heh.
Interesting concept though, all that magic. I love fantasy! <3
