So you DID write a review!! O___O Amazing.

I gotta go now (in school), but I'll read this later lol. :) I was going to do an author spotlight on Alice Borchardt, actually. I love her. She's Anne Rice's sister. ^^ I haven't read any of Rice's books though...that makes me sound horrible, I'm sure! XDDD I know they're good though. <3

Thanks again~~~ *hugs* And sorry for not noticing sooner! Darn theO notifications!

Well, at least you judged them by the cover. I for one thought they were just another lame tale of vampirism of an old fangirl. Then I saw Interview (the movie), liked it, saw the book in a bookshop and decided to buy it (wasn't too expensive anyway). And, well, I kind of started to like her style. I don't know if I'll be buying any of the other books, but the ones I read were worth reading.

If you like to focus on characters when reading, you won't be disappointed. There's a ton of character development and I think it's the strong point of the book; the action becomes a bit meh at times, but the characters manage to save it.

I agree about the paragraph thing, but it usually took me a few lines and I was back on track. It's all in getting used to it, really (and I dislike long paragraphs too because I feel like I'm actually getting somewhere after finishing shorter ones 8D)

Thank you for reading and for the compliments :]

Thank you! You can always try a used books shop (don't know the exact term for it, it's a place where you can donate books for others to buy), I've seen a lot of works of fiction by popular authors in those shops (such as Stephen King or Dan Brown).
