Art blocks seem to pop up when you least expect it, huh? : Don't worry though, it'll pass~ And I wouldn't say you're wasting your time if you're doing something you like. Reading can be very educational, and you can learn quite a bit about Japanese culture by watching anime - though you have to double check to be sure it's true!
