If you eat hot food when you're hot, it actually cools you down. It got crazy hot here the other day (Southeastern USA), and I ate some hot soup and felt much cooler.

We don't have the sea down there but we do have swamp lands. :/ The heavy stagnancy can get overwhelming at times.

Yeah, I live in the northern hemisphere :D if it weren't that expensive or if I was a bird then I would conisder the southern hemisphere for a bit of vacations :D

Sounds like where I am moving back to soon. It's constantly hot and extremely humid. I get your feels about this perfectly.

best thing to do it turn all the lights and elitric things off cuz they all produce heat!
