This is a special blog post that is a message to all theO members. I saw this post from SweeTea who re-posted it from Klassic who re-posted it from Moka, the original poster. Here is the message:
Okay, so, i've started to notice something. TheO has become very....shall I say...Seclusive. Yeah. Like, people totally ignore others who branch out and attempt to make friends or strike a conversation or even just say hello. It's not just for the newbies who have yet to make any friends here, either. Seclusion happens to everyone. Including myself, for example. For instance, just this past month. I messaged a member that I KNOW is on every single day, and I have yet to hear even a response back saying "I don't think we'd really get along" or something like that. I know that this member (nameless for reasons) saw my message and either discarded it without even giving me a chance, or read it and just decided to ignore me like I was some sort of weird glob on the floor that nobody wants to touch.
Here's what I suggest: Give everyone a chance! Whenever somebody either approaches me or responded to my message, it made me feel so happy. I'm serious.
theOtaku should have some sort of buddy system, y'know? Or some sort of pen-pal thing that everyone that is active has to sign up for. I'm just sayin'. A surefire way for members to see the truth: every member here is amazing. So many members have so many things in common with each other, but just don't see it because they never give anybody the time of day.
I, for one, have made many friends here by getting to know them. Messaging everyone, even if I don't think i'll like them. 100% of the time, i'm wrong. Also, for the record, I love getting messages from members I don't know. It's a chance for me to make a new friend.

I always feel weird if I don't blog for more than 3 days and it's been 5. :o So I'm just gonna ramble on what happened in my summer vacay so far:
1. Last Friday, I went to a wedding. I never ever been to one before so it was pretty exciting. I went to my aunt's place so she can style up my hair and put on LOADS AND LOADS of makeup. O^o It was crazy. I loved how she styled my hair; waterfall braid on the right side of my head and I can't explain what she did on my left side but it was pretty. <3 For the makeup... the only makeup I used n my life was lip gloss, powder and eye liner. Only used eye liner once and I use lip gloss once in a while. But this time, my aunt put mascara, eye liner, blush, lip gloss, powder, and a lot of other stuff I can't remember. -_- SO MUCH MAKEUP I FEEL SO GIRLY~~~
Anywho, the wedding was in Mississauga, an hour drive from Toronto. The wedding was pretty good and I'm in love with mango ice cream. ♥ It was delish! The bride was extremely beautiful OMG. Everyone was like staring at her in awe.
2. On Sunday, my cousins had a BBQ! It was fun. x3 Best explanation eva!!
3. On Monday, it was Canada Day!
I live in Canada so I celebrate it. No DURR x) I'm so weird
I went to this place where Bangladeshi people were celebrating it and I bought a really pretty summer dress. <3 I might wear it for my graduation. Then I went to this other place but an incident happened so my family left. And then we went to a beach and watched the fireworks. ^O^
4. Yesterday evening I went to the library and got around 7 books. My library card is gonna expire soon. >.<
