I know its not...its really the sellers fault for taking down the spouting...it runs onto the back porch and I live in MD. It snows here...a lot. Idk why he didn't think o put that back t help keep this from happening.

Well we could have but we opted out of a house inspection seeing as it was recently "renovated". The seller claims he didn't know about any of this stuff -_- I call bull shit. There's no friggin way he didn't know about this stuff. The plumping in this house is turning into...well...shit basically because they didn't do it the right way the first time. We did come to find however, hes had post closing problems on houses before....I wish we knew that sooner...
