Wow Some very wise things you said here....Well about the whole (Asking out thing..Alot of people thinks its a scary prosess..But its not actually..And your right it is the guy's job to ask the girl out first..But the point of the whole (asking out) thing is actually very easy..If the spark is there the anwser will be Yes in like 80% of the times..You just got to have courge..And not be afraid of the reaction.Which most people are

If you ask someone out He or she can only say Yes or No..Or the worst they can laugh at you like in my case..It happened to me once..And to be yourself is the most important part..^^..The most difficult part of a relationship is to get to know Him or her..Most people doesnt trust easily..Becuase they got hurt too many times in their lifes..So getting to know them can sometimes be hard..But we should see it as a goal..And take the oppertunity to use effort

And to have fun like you said is very important..But the 3 most important things that should be in any relationship is:

1) Trust
2) Respect
3) Honesty
