As the title implies, I created this just for fun. ^_^ I mainly intend to use this as a means to jot down whatever comes to mind, and (provided that I feel like it) put down some stuff on history. I'll try not to be too judgemental about topics that tend to be extremely sensitive like politics. (No, no, scratch that--especially politics.)

As a side note, I'm also going to start using this as a means to announce when I have updated my story Tides of Fate or anything else related to it.

For those wondering what I look like, here's a picture!

(Surprised that I'm still not showing my real face? Too bad! >D *evil laughter*)

Thank you for your time, and have a wonderful day!

Last Saturday

As I mentioned in an e-card I made last week (titled "Sing it With Me!"), I went out with some friends of mine this past Saturday. This is the short version of what happened (since I didn't ask them if it was okay to use their real names, I'll just be using a bold letter to refer to them):

After meeting up at the mall M, R, and I hung out in the arcade for a little while. Other than playing a round of DDR R introduced me to a game that I've never seen or heard of before; it consisted of four sensors divided into two groups and acted a lot like DDR, the biggest difference being that you had to use your hands to keep up with the patterns that they laid out for you. I liked it, but I also thought that I resembled a maniac trying to practice kung-fu. -_-;...

We then ventured into an oriental store to see what they had. Let me tell you something: me + oriental store + over $40 on hand + BIG interest in the culture = trouble. I managed to contain myself for the most part, but I still walked out with a pocket-size purse and a good-luck charm.

Our third stop was f.y.e's. Naturally, the one place we instantly wound up in was the anime section. While we were looking at what they had in stock I heard one girl reccomending Wallflower to another girl and jumped right in. (I don't know that much about the series, but I have watched the first episode in the anime and I absolutely loved it. ^^) Even though I'm still not 100% sure as to how this happened, we ended up becoming friends with them rather quickly.

By the end of the evening R, M, and I managed to "drag" T and Z (this is actually her chosen alias) along with us to Walden Books, spend who knows how much time there, made yet another aquantince (J) while talking about Naruto, and purchased about ten+ manga between us.

I know it doesn't sound that impressive when typed down like this, so I'll just end this post off in a super-simplyfied comment: I had a blast! X3

Avatar

Woot! For the first time in a while, I've changed my avatar!

My reason? Because now that Thanksgiving is over and done with we are now, officially, getting closer to Christmas! I guess having an avatar that's more "Christmas-y" would be more appropriate, but that would go against my Hollow Bastion motif.

Here's another picture of it:

Later!

Welcome aboard, Aduro!

Just a few seconds ago, I asked my sister if she wanted an account on here and she said, "Sure, why not?"

I'm so freaking excited!!! X3

For those who are interested in checking her out, I ask that you please be patient with her. Once she gets into the swing of things I'm sure she'll be just fine, but otherwise it'll take her a while to get accustomed to the site. I doubt this will be an issue, but I also ask that y'all be nice to her too. (I love her to bits, but she takes things WAY too seriously... -_-;...)

So again,

Welcome aboard, Aduro!

Why I've been Away

As promised, here is my explination for roaming around in the shadows lately: For the past several days I've been occupied with final assignments for my classes since we are reaching the end of the semester. Out of the ones I had the one th...
