That's the thing about adventure: they could go either way, and then some. I know I've had my own when cooking. (How do you screw up something simple like pancakes? Somehow I did.)

Hey, it's a good start. I'm still just corn starch, salt, sugar, and THEN oyster sauce. Vinegars, I don't think I'm quite there yet.

Well as long as people don't come down with weird symptoms, then you know the sauce is OK, even if it tasted odd. ^^
