Oh! Um...this one program that I downloaded...uh...3: poop, I don't know where to get it now...It's called Microsoft Gif Animator, if that helps at all o3o You could probably find a free download for it...
You gotta get the hang of how to use it when you make it .__. but I'm sure you can do it! lemme know if you need help using/finding it!
