Hey, how are you? I agree with you I really like Soul Silver too, since it has so much gameplay in it. I would say Black 2 has a lot of improvements, but it is still very similar. In Black 2 you have different gym leaders to compete against, more legendaries to catch, and you can make your own pokemon movies. I would totally recommend it to anyone, but it doesnt take long to beat, for me at least! In Black (1) I started with Oshawott and in Black 2 I started with Snivy! ^^ Hope this healps you out.
