Neat stuff, Rose!! Awesome post once again! I've never ever done anything like this for my art before, but I used to keep a journal of my hockey practices and it really helped me concentrate and improve! Thankyou for explaining everything here and for posting the images! Super job ^_^

I think that this is pretty helpful, I've tried to do something like this, but I always end up just drawing something without thinking about it! XD
I really should consider writing down my ideas more ofen, it looks so helpful!
