you can use this website, it has plenty of textures you could use free, but there are a few you would have to log in to get, I think those would be there more fancier ones though....
Hey Bri!! Just a quick comment, I'm on the laptop for a bit xD Anyhow, check out DA! I think Aria Sky mentioned the same thing... I'm actually going to be looking for manga textures to use soon and DA is the first place I'll go. I don't think you need to be a member to use them. Or you could search up specific textures in google images... I get lots from there! Hope you find what you're looking for! ^_^

DeviantArt has TONS of great textures.
To search for specific kinds, like grunge, or velvet, search that up on google, with the word "texture" attached to it. Then, click on the links that are from DA. ^^
Well, I don't have PS but you could try DeviantART and download them there...? I just searched and some texture packs came up, but I don't know if they're for PS or not. I hope this helps...? xD This was just the only place that came to mind cause this is where I download all of my brushes.

Hey you..^^ Umm wow that is tough..Have you type the right key words in?..Keywords are very improtant in a search..The otehr word for keywords is tags..I can help you look if thats okay with you..^^
