I just read your post. I'm sorry to hear that. (You may have tried this, but) when you feel like that, maybe calm yourself down with some music or lose yourself in a book. That may at least take you away from that bad place, so you don't get the urge to hurt yourself. I hope you feel better soon! *huggles*
