If your virus scan can not get rid of it, I'd ask for help just like keba said. Or contact a person who you know who has knowlegde and such things. You can always reinstall your entire computer, but that is a lot of work and takes a lot of time ^^

I advise that you call a professional to remove it. They have software that does stuff like that.
