For a moment I thought you were doing a thing on Nathan from Shinigami Dance! XD Anyway, this character is definitely far more dark. o_O You get a very clear image from all the details and background info that you posted.
Well, Nathan's certainly cheerful, isn't he? XD I certainly got a good idea of his voice in the monologue, and I liked the flatness.
I agree with SomeGuy, too - the extra info was intriguing, but I really did get a good picture of him from the sheet. I know you're self-conscious about how characters sound when you spell out the bare facts, though!

The soup bit cracked me up, whether it was supposed to or not. There's just something very humbling when you have a fantastically powerful character who has one or two simple pleasures in life (like Martian Manhunter and Oreo cookies).
I for one was content with just the information you had in the character dossier. It seems fair to assume it's not earth, there's not too much that needs to be said about the fact there's a war, there's a group of assholes who hunt down witches, and Nathan is an old and very intense individual. It's good times.

I'm pretty sure that you've told me about this character via AIM, it all just reads as totally familiar as if I already know it.
If Nathan the Reaper is the xerox, he's the much lighter version. :p
