its not that he has another bankai, its that he has different forms of his bankai, petals, swords, angel, just like how renji is able to use his bankai as just a giant blade creature, or it blasts a giant ball of energy like a cannon
he does have 2 forms of bankai, the first is the petals like the shikai but alot more, the second form of it is the combination of the petals into swords that he controls by whim
