Mine doesn't join right away. Even after it loads the page, the chat room itself doesn't load, so what you have to do is just refresh, wait for the page to load completely again, and the chat room may come up. Generally have to repeat that about 3-5 times.

Less clicks is always good, although accessing the chatroom from anywhere is a bonus.

Definitely tidier though, I like it.

I noticed that. I was like "hey, this isn't where it usually is" but I really like it.

I liked being able to get to chat directly from my backroom, but the headers look a lot tidier now so I can live without :) It's not really such a chore to have to click one more time.

Ah, I see. Then that would make sense that you wish to avoid another page loading. Can't say I envy you being stuck on dial up. :/ Perhaps Adam could add another link in the dropdown menu in one's backroom?

I know that, but that still leaves the whole thing of going to another page before being able to go to the chat room. It's the exact same thing as going to the main page.

The only real reason I even mentioned this though is because I am currently on dial-up and moving from one page to another takes an annoying amount of time. So any sort of extra page-hopping is what I'm getting at.

If you're like me and check the who's online link from your dashboard in the backroom. Just above the icon's there's a link that takes you straight to chat. =P

I think I may have liked it a bit better with the drop-down boxes, but it still looks great. I do like the idea of being able to see everything you can do at once.

It's not really a radical change, so it's not like it'll cause any problems or anything, so it's good.
