I think everybody should get a cupcake gift (with a candle in it!) for our portfolio that marks we were here for the first anniversary!

I find it hard to believe too. Since I joined shortly after the new version was launched (or so I've been told) so I'll be coming up on having been a member here for an entire year. o_O Still seems like yesterday. XD

It's true, the site does feel new. Maybe you should do some site-history or something. Tell us of all the challenges the site's overcome and all the fun stuff that may be in store!
Or, make a cupcake, stick in a lit candle and hold it up in front of your computer's fan and wait for it to blow the flame out! :D HAPPI BIRTHDAI! Lol.

I'm sure you'll figure something awesome out. It took a great mind to make this site, I'm sure that great mind can come up with an idea fitting for the site's b-day. (>_0)b Good luck!

How about a contest?
Where otaku members could submit artwork and fanfictions regarding VV's birthday?
I think it'd be exciting and interesting thing to do/see it happen for VV's first year!

Honestly, neither would I, that was just plain nuts.

Something simple probably should be done as a nice mark in the annals of the site's history down the road. Anything over the top would probably be too much.

Go outside and get video proof of your shadow (or lack thereof) come Groundhog Day.

O-M-G really :D that has gone quick...! I think people should start doing history of the otaku lessons at schools, considering how much its changed over the years... But VV is like bigger then the olympics and so should its Birthday!
