My screen looks pretty much the same. I'm not sure if I have that picture under the log in area though. I don't really pay attention to the front page except for the things I'm interested in (new art, news updates etc.)

You really have to watch giving out money. I never do, ever. I make a point of contributing to charities so I know the money is being put to a good use. Plus, around here, some of the people panhandling had turned out to be not what they claimed. -_-

Anyway, as for the main page, mine is the same except for the box for searching. Instead of being right next to the word Worlds... it's aligned along the right side of the page.

I don't like going to walmart often because there are beggars like that lady. I usually say I don't have any (to give them), because 90% of the time they just want to buy drugs with it. Even to my friends. Are rule is to never give out bills unless you have no lunch money at all, give out only change.

I have this nasty habit of not charging my phone before I go out, so I have battery issues quite often. At least you weren't waiting long.

The search bar on my screen is all the way to the right rather than so being so close the the Worlds link. Maybe it's because of screen size?? Otherwise it's exactly the same.

I've had people come along and ask me for money, too. Usually I just give it to them, or lie and say I'm out of cash. I feel very nervous and intimidated when people do that.

It looks the same to me, in both Firefox 3 and IE7. It also looked the same in Firefox 2 and IE6 when I was using those.

I have wondered, though, why the box on the right says "Register or login free" in that order. I mean, I know login is free also, but wouldn't it make more sense, speaking from a slightly anal slant, to say "Login or register free", so the free part is sitting by the important link?
