Oh, and I don't usually eat hamburgers unless they're homemade. I hate fast food burgers. (I tolerate In and Out though..)

Well you could say that was true... but did they mean fast food or in general? I have my own portable electric grill so I'm always making grilled stuff, including hamburgers. ^^

I rarely eat the ones from a fast food place. It gets too expensive to eat out very often.

If you mean fast food, I never eat them. Eating out is expensive and making your own usually tastes better anyway.

One of my guilty pleasures is watching the Food NetworkMore specifically Emeril Lagasse and Iron Chef. But those types of shows that gives those interesting tidbits are fun too. I love burgers I don't eat them very often like once every three months so I guess that's why I love them. No cupcake incidents... Heh, I have a couple theories what's it about they're probably all dead wrong but it's fun for me to think of stuff about this though.

Food Network often has odd little bits of info on various things, makes it interesting to watch. A bout of gastritis about seven years back kind of turned me off most fast food though. There's a lot, including burgers I have to be careful of eating these days.

Are you talking about fast food or grilling one yourself? o_O Fast food ones are kind of meh, but grilling your own over mesquite wood is very tasty. Pity I only get to do that when it's warm out. XP

Don't let your guard down though... those cupcakes could just be waiting for the right moment to spring an attack! :p

I can't stand fast food but I'll go for some high quality mini cheese burgers once a week or once every two weeks. Meat is yummy.

See, when you say that it is the average, you need to include all people, seasons and burger styles. Obviously vegetarians and other super-health-minded people bring down the average, but in the summertime, many people decide to make their own burgers. Depending on how the homemade burgers are cooked, you can have something that's really on the lean and healthy end or on the disgusting end and ready to jump off into the grease. Most Americans are not all that disgusting, you know.

Plus, it's not the burgers that'll get you. The grease-soaked fries are most often the worst part of a buger meal that one procures outside of their home.

I tend to lean towards chicken when I eat out. Though I did just get a free Whopper coupon thingy... I'll probably use that today. Yummy. ^^

Seriously?! Three burgers per week?! And AVERAGE?!

And to think in the other side of the world, people tend to eat a burger at an average of once every month. That's not even counting the fact that a McDonald's burger meal here is worth approximately ONE dollar as compared to that in the US.

I don't eat that many hamburgers. Mine's probably three hamburgers a month. At most. That's really pushing it, though.

I stopped eating fast food hamburgers years ago, although for awhile I made my own burgers.

nd here I'm lucky if I eat three in an entire year. Hamburgers are just not my thing, they're just meh.

Also, I imagine having so many members eating the cupcakes probably helps. :p
