OMG THE PREMISE OF THIS STORY WAS SO AMAZING. Maybe it's because of John Watson from BBC's Sherlock, but I absolutely adore war-related things, and I LOVE history (outside of history classes only). So this was totally awesome.
AND REDEMPTION IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE CONCEPTS OMG. THIS WAS WONDERFUL. SORRY FOR SHOUTING. SORRY.
Disney songs probably aren't the best to use to write about since they're already... about... something... (and neither is like 60% of my music because it's all... fanmade stuff... *shot*)

Oh man. That is so tragic, and the music playing in the background did NOT help with the feelings of sadness and despair.
First off, this song. Oh my gosh. I can't say exactly why, but I love it. I ended up just listening to it for a bit before I even started reading. WHICH LEADS TO....Just as I was reading the "And I will die..." part, guess which section of the song was playing? THAT ONE. I almost cried. xD
