I don't think its too mature. Unless their under 13 and mot going with the sites age regulations (not that I'm one to talk. I joined underage.) But if their coming to a pg. 13 site they know what to expect. Have you seen some of the PG. 13 horror movies out there? This pic is perfectly fine. I say you post it.
No thirteen year old will be disturbed by that, unless their closed off from most of the world and the majority of thirteen year olds aren't. However, think of games like Halo (played by various people of all ages), which is rated Mature. But a game like Halo, which involves players in the act of shooting is much more violent than this. So, I think you'll be safe uploading it as is.
I would rate it mature... but thats just me. i think to a 13 year old that might be a little shocking. i love them otherwise! i think that the one on the right is really cool!

The one on the left isn't too bad. The one on the right is a bit more intense considering he's pretty much melting... XD For dA, I think you could get away with not putting on the filter, since some people don't put filters on nude drawing sometimes there. This is simply my opinion. ='w'=
