But yeah, it is true. I always do that. Though in your case maybe the headache was "that" strong so it was hard doing them. But still, that's always better than taking the pills. :3

When you have a headache, just use some good old exercises!! :D They help A LOT, cause they move the blood and pressured concetrated in your brain to the other parts of the body. :3

But I know that you are better now and I am very relieved of that. I wouldn't like that something bad happens to you of course.^^
