I also had that problem. I was using Internet Explorer.
But now I use Maxthon and FireFox. Try those?
Google Chrome also works!
(by the way, this also happens when the page is not done loading and you try to comment, make sure the loading bar is done)

IE is sometimes an epic fail... why not try opera, mozilla firefox or google chrome?
