who is this guy cause i dont remember seeing him in the show

but... he has the hat and the eyepatch... and the picture was put right after they gave a little info about why he became a mercenary, of course its quite possible i'm wrong

um.....pip is mi favorite character and all, but uh.....i don't think that guy walking is pip. might be wrong, but i think it's that weird guy.
