You need to work on your image quality. You should start with a canvas of around 1280x1024, complete the wallpaper and then size downt to the sizes offered here. This way you don't lost any quality. Wallpapers should be crisp, and the image shouldn't be to blurry. You are over using layers and dropping thier opacity to mask the poor quality. As well you should be anti-aliasing your characters outlines to hide the jagged edges. Try some of these suggestions out and your wallpapers will only get better. Good luck!
