I liked the idea of black people and orange background. Your brushchoose is nice too. But scan is not nicely rendered i think. And adding white light effect doesn't seem to succesfully uncovering it too. (i use that tactic time to time either)I suggest you to not use internet renders but to make your own ones. It will take more time and effort but look really more professional that way.
