I feel like looking at the manga now too! I remember checking out some of the same scenes and loving the art style!!
I believe the anime and the manga coincide for the most part! (thats what I hear)... and the anime ends at around chapter 35 of the manga. I hope it doesn't disappoint you! I heard about how different the anime and manga of Fruits Basket was >3< So far, I've just watched the anime from that series too but I will read the manga some day!

I loved the manga so much. The drawings were so perfect and precise. I thought it was a great story but I do want to try watching the anime too. I just dont want to be let down because I read Fruits Basket and tried watching the anime but it was so disappointing! Everything was changed and I didnt like it as much. But I'll take your word for it. Hopefully its good
