Um, I hope you don't mind if I use the rain brushes you used for myself. I confess that one of the reasons I started this challenge was to find better ways to create a rain effect.
This is SUPER AWESOME!!! I just love the blue effect that you have created and also the way you have changed the scan! Its really amazing! Good luck klassic-chan!!
