first i extracted the image on GIMP and then i changed the color of the background to a lighter blue and after that i placed the image of toshiro on there and then flattened the image and finally i found an image that had light on it and made it transparent and placed it on the wallpaer to make it look bright

i hope that answered ur question if it didnt ill be happy to explain some more
