It is a very pretty wallpaper, but it uses art from DeviantArt [the image you liked to has the artists signature on it], and that is against theOtaku's rules - unless you can get permission from the artist.
Tis an easy mistake to make, i've done similar things myself when I didn't realise I was using fan-art, but I had to remove the wallpaper I made. Just thought i'd let you know :)
You did a nice job matching the colours though. Very lovely.
