Lol, but seriously, snow is so nice, even though it is cold it's beautiful! If you look at a new snowfall early in the morning it sparkles in sunlight, and it is very soft, like if you stand out in falling snow it almost feels like tiny feathers are brushing past your face....*daydreams*

Ok, then to resize it on GIMP, you save it as a GIMP file. Then, create a new project, putting the new size as whatever size you want it to be. Open up what you had just saved as a new layer. Re-size everything, one by one. That way, it won't be blurry and whatnot.
