Lol, well these actions are little things you can download for any Photoshop program. What it does is that it sets the brightness, contrast, saturation, lighting, etc. to a specific spot.
Instead of doing it yourself, you can use on of the actions to do it for you~
And you can also go & change a few things after the action plays.
It's really hard to explain, but they're sooo cool! xD
