Wow that's pretty. I love the picture of the girl and the dog and I really love the auroras too. I just love the attention to detail you really brought to this scan with the texture, it's amazing and beautiful too. You have a real gift for creating amazing wallpapers. Don't be, it's easy to not realize something has been published. I've done it myself since it's impossible to know every single artbook that has been published, scanned and posted somewhere on the net.
I didn't think it was either since it is fan art. However looking closer at this I've now seen that it is actually in one of the pivxie artbooks that has been published. Once a work is published like that then they can be used for submissions.
