haha like I said, effect after effect. I get really bugged by messy scans so I even painted over the worst parts that wouldn't come clean no matter what. I think I used Gaussian Blur, maybe dry brush effect...though I doubt the latter. I focused on sharpening after the blur then used overlays and multiply effects. And if you don't use Photoshop, you totally just went: Huuuuuh? xD;; Kuroshitsuji love = determination *laughs* That's pretty much all I can say.
