For Bleach and Naruto I thought the same at the beginning but then, I was kinda disappointed by the rest, especially the chara-design :S

well, there are some anime that is not as good as the manga version. but there are anime that even more better than the manga version. actually, it's all depend on personal taste.. :)
the good thing about the anime is the animation effect, for manga like naruto and bleach that has a lot of action. the anime series would be so cool if it can show the good animation for all power/jutsu that the character has on the manga version.
but not all anime has the exact same plot like the manga ver. for example, fullmetal alchemist first season doesnt have the same plot like the manga ver.

It doesn't look as great as the paper version and they NEED to add useless things... -__-
But Kuroshitsuji and PH seem to look (almost) as nice as the paper version so, why not...
For that, I can't bear Bleach or Naruto (or Nana) in anime... But it's not always the same. For example, I prefer some in anime, like Durarara!!, FMA or Highschool Of The Dead...^^
