Whenever I first saw this wallpaper, the song Nebula by Miku popped into my head! XD Anyway, this wallpaper is so pretty!! I love all the colors and affects you used. The music notes are cool, too. Also the image of Append Miku is whimsical, just like you said! Lol. Moreover I also like the image behind her; I like her expression.
