everything looks great... the only problem is that i noticed that the scan itself is a bit pixelated/blurry (when fully viewed)... i already advised this to sleepinglionheart that you should use high-resolution scans so resizing it to a smaller size will not affect the quality...
but it looks great, nice job... oh, and you forgot again the signature!
